That's the rumor. Reports are surfacing that Heidi Montag is looking to enlarge her hills. Forget that she's had 13 plastic surgeries, 10 of those coming in on one day, the reality star apparently wants to go under the knife again!
And if that wasn't enough, it seems that the reality star will have travel overseas to do it. Yep, she's probably going to Europe for the breast enlargement, and there's talks that she and Spencer are trying to sell the idea to be covered in another reality show.
